Repair service programs may be available from other providers. By signing up for Home Protection Plus repair coverage, you are not switching your electric or natural gas utility and service. Your regulated utility rates and the conditions of your service are not affected by activation of Home Protection Plus or by your decision to use the services of another repair service provider.

Plan upgrade gift cards are rewarded based on plan type: $25 for upgrade to Whole Home, Platinum and Ultimate plans; $20 for GreenBacksSM Cash; $10 for Water Heater Replacement; $10 for Electric Line Protection. Plans are not available in all areas. A minimum of 90 days of continuous enrollment in the Home Protection Plus® program is required for gift card reward. Gift card is available only with current customer Home Protection Plus plan upgrade. Allow up to 12 weeks for gift card processing. The GreenBacks Cash Option reimburses you with cash to help replace a heating, cooling, or appliance covered in your selected repair plan if it can no longer be repaired. If your appliances are aging, chances are you’ll need this coverage.
